Mr. Navin is faithful and skillful taekwondo master. He has deep understanding of small children and kindly lead them into various activities. Children learnt not only the taekwondo but also enjoyed diverse games.

Self defense classes are very adventurous. And a great way to achieve fitness while learning the most important survival skills. Recommended for all the age groups and specifically for girls and women.

Spartans Teakwood Academy is awesome! The teachers are really good, and it's a cool place to learn. They teach things that are useful in real life, and there's lots of help for students. Everyone is friendly, and they always let you know what's going on. I totally recommend it for a great learning experience!
