I had a very good experience with Visa Lounge for Visa processing. Though the process was a bit slow, they ensured that all required documents were in place so that visa approval process is smooth. I also procured travel insurance from Visa lounge and they gave me competitive rate. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks to Rakesh and their lead Manisha to look into it personally.
