I have paid for my ACCA batch classes back in January 2024. It’s now the month of May I’ve had 2 classes up until now post which not a single class has taken place. The customer care doesn’t not arrange for call backs at all. They promise a call back in 15 min to 1 hr but never end up calling back. Any contacts that have reached out to you in the past will also not answer their phones. They are not at all trustworthy in providing training. Request students not to waste time in purchasing services from EduPristine.

Very honestly I have studied here for a year now (Mumbai branch)and no doubt the faculty for CFA course is really the best - saudagar sir and vinit sir are very learned and experienced teachers with great insights. The problem is with the management, there’s a lot of miscommunication and they don’t consider requests from students. Students who pay for offline classes are expected to attend online classes for crash course in the extreme end right before their paper and even after numerous requests they just don’t listen which is really unfair and say that crash course is “complementary“ and that’s why it will be kept online. I would request the concerned people to look into this matter because it’s unjustified and not fair.

Journey with the Edu Pristine had been really great for my CFA level 1. I am thankful for choosing Edu Pristine for level 1 prep. Faculties out here are none other than those who are CFA themselves, and this really creates a lot of difference when it comes to teaching and more importantly guidance. On time completion of portion with quality teaching helped me a lot in preparing for the exam. Again thanks to Edu Pristine for providing a wonderful teaching experience.

i had taken frm classes here …they do not teach the concepts clearly and since i was a fresher i had signed up for multiple batches and each batch had a different teacher …and even the teachers changed even if the chapter was left in the middle …it might be good for those working already but not for students who are freshers …basic things were not taught
