Worst customer service.. They used to call on my cellphone 5 to 10 times everyday until we register and make the payment. Once payment is done, then communication happens only via chat Or email if we have any clarifications.. No phone calls!! They demand for the full payment 3-4 months in advance!! They suspend the classes if we delay the payment without informing the parents!! I don't know who is running this business! Basic customer service is expected.

I called yesterday to join my kid in vedantu. But I received so much arrogant and worst experience from admission department. His name is adish sharma. Never speak to him. It's so pathetic situation.

Did not live up anywhere close to expectations. The counselor sold me a course in Hindi when I was clear it should be in English. It's been 45 days and I haven't got my refund. The managers don't care what's happening and the counselor doesn't have the drive and clout to get the job done. Quality of content isn't great, just average. The overhead of dealing with an unprofessional team is not worth it.

Horrible! I recently had a truly disappointing experience with Vedantu. After withdrawing my application, I cancelled my subscription,still they are charging money from my account. When we reached out to vedantu team, they are not taking it seriously and delaying the process. The lack of transparency and accountability from their end is appalling. Their service and app failed to meet even the basic standards of customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with Vedantu, as their treatment of customers is really horrible.

Worst customer service, grievance support doesn't reply at all. They have hired Money lenders who drain your account non stop. I complained about their emi vendor, but they seem to be ignorant. It is so pathetic!
