It was a great experience in Cadmaxx. I have learned topics related to Engineering drawing, GD and T, and Catia (Part, Assembly, Surface, Sheet Metal, and Drafting). All the topics taught by my trainer( Pavan Kumar) were in an excellent manner and doubt-solving was also excellent too. Other staffs also are friendly too. I had a bad experience with Cadmaxx recruitment agency. One day, I received a call from Ms. Charitha NC| Associate-Talent Acquisition @ Cadmaxx providing employment at Toyota Kirloskar Auto Part(TKAP) Bidadi. She confirmed that the interview will be held at 1:00 pm on August 8, 2023. As per my interview schedule, I went to the location. It was surprising that my name was not on the interview list. I contacted her to verify the same, but she didn't reply. I have experience as a chartered accountant and have given interviews to multiple companies. I never come across these kind of situations. My sincere advice to candidates is to get complete clarity on their interview schedule and not waste your time with these unprofessional candidates.
