Very worst services. When they need money they do pause promises and then no solution. Kindly don't trust for there offers. Worst in industry

They keep switching teachers and have zero sincerity towards students and their time. The syllabus is very irregular and the teaching timings are out of order. Made a mistake being a part of this institute

I had subscribed to Unacademy Grade 12 CBSE for my child based on an advertisement which specifically selected English as a medium for teaching. However when the classes started all the teachers started teaching in Hindi. I have been going back and forth with the support team at Unacademy expressing my grievance and these people have been unresponsive or finding lame excuses to avoid refunding. However they have not one slightest effort to ensure the teachers are briefed to teach in English or for that matters put my child in a different batch where they have teachers who teach in English. We have not been able to use the application even for a single day and the help desk support / customer services are one of the most incompetent team I have ever dealt with. They either act stupid or avoid us from reaching a solution. The organization even does not have a chat feature nor a number to call to address these grievances, The number available on the websites are never answered by anyone or has a recorded message to email the help desk support. Which all ends up being viscous loop that is designed to con people. I have led to believe that Unacademy is a forum of fraudulent marketing, misleading information and cheaters. I would not recommend Unacademy to anyone and would highly recommend everyone use Unacademy with every bit of caution as these people are real con artists who are dragging a very sacrilegious matter called EDUCATION through dirt. They are abusing the future of students through these fraudulent marketing theatrics.

Once you login in this app, till u get subscription they will call you like 100times and after getting subscription they will forget you

I have raised query to solve the issue of subscription but even after 18 hrs my query is still unresolved. I have call customer care but they all are not took interest to resolve the issue even they are not providing the contact no. of concern department. Worst service support of any education platform.
