Best Portuguese restaurant. The taste is very true to the Portuguese cooking and the decor is very traditional. When you do go remember to make a booking. They get full quickly. They are not a 100 seating restaurant so the atmosphere is very homely when it is packed. The food is prepared and cooked fresh

Our supper club visited 1920 and had a great time. The owner and staff were warm and friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The seafood is amazing and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.

I tried 1920 because of all the good things I read online. For the first time, my expectations were surpassed. The service was great and the restaurant is very intimate ( reservations are essential ). The food was also amazing! I had a baby chicken and my friend the beef tongue. Both meals were prepared to the highest standard and tasted very fresh and authentic. I'm definitely going back. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Highly recommend this place to everyone

Enjoyed the food but thought it could be made a bit more special, some items were quite simple like the veg side / chips. Portions were smallish for the price. Music choice is a bit of fashioned. However, tasty quality food, very good fast service, friendly & professional staff.

Lovely homely Portuguese restaurant with all the normal fare as well as some more unusual and exotic dishes. Decor is simple and honest. Manny is wonderful as the owner and takes orders personally
