My experience at Study Smart has been truly fascinating. Initially, I knew very little about the IELTS exam, including its format and the essential steps to prepare for it. However, thanks to Study Smart, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the exam and learned effective strategies to succeed. I would like to express my gratitude to my counselor, Miss Shabana Bano. She has been incredibly supportive, always ready to assist, and exceptionally friendly and kind. Whenever I have questions or need to reschedule a class, I simply send her a message, and she efficiently manages everything. Her support from the beginning has been invaluable. Additionally, the teaching methods of Hamama Ma'am are outstanding. She uses effective and easy-to-understand techniques that help us tackle every question. During the demo session, she quickly assessed my proficiency level and learning style, which was truly impressive. Her supportive nature and comprehensive approach address all aspects of the IELTS exam, including reading, listening, writing, and speaking. The classes I am taking under the Hamama mam. She’s very friendly and well experienced. So far I haven’t feel any difficulties as well as our counselor is also very good her name Shabana. She’s keep asking a feedback about the classes almost every couple of days.

Very Helpful staff, Study Smart portal is very helpful. They help me a lot in my all doubt. I am heartedly thankfully to Hamama mam and Shabana mam , they helped me a lot in every procedure.
