I would have given negative if there would have been an option. They have collected the fees and now not refunding it even after several reminders. Never seen such a fraud company its idea was minting money from parents. Never thought such a reputed company would do such a thing. Getting admission was biggest mistake. Refund my money back. It’s been 4months now.

The most pathetic and appalling behaviour of the company representatives. They are just making money at someone else’s cost. They will call you thousand times to take their program. Take your money and ask if you wish to cancel in 15 days. Thereafter not bothered about quality of service provided and when you say that classes are pathetic with the content and the number of children and because of this you wish to cancel the plan. The reply is sir you should have asked for cancellation within 15 days now it’s our money and not yours. Whether you have taken the class or not we are not bothered and YOU CAN GO TO HELL. What a shame that they want to take out the money they gave to SRK from us. It’s like hiring a maid and then maid says give me wages for two years then I will work for you and after few months she is not bothered about quality of work and you complaint she says do whatever you want I am not giving you back any money because it’s not your money anymore and since you did not cancel it within 15 days, you can now take a hop. Pathetic behaviour.

Fraud people. Poor customer care service. I sent mail many times and called many times to cancel my course and get refund but they do not give any response after 60 days.

"Poor service after sales and refund is not processed for cancellation." i was pay 37000 for 4th stranded.30000 through shope & 7000 through rozer pay. i was rise cancelation request with in 15 days as per byjus policy. i was many time call in byjus. but team not give me proper solution. byjus team told me customer will pay learn station amount (10000) but i have mail from sales person. in sales person mail clearly mention if customer cancel the course with in 15 days no amount will be deduct full amount will refundable. it mean seals person not guide properly. so please don't purchase byjus products. "Poor service after sales and refund is not processed for cancellation."

I've enrolled in a course on July 1st 2023. Under 15 days period I.e on July 7th 2023. I've requested for cancellation. Till today no response from their team. Refund is yet to be received.
