Lovely experience in Swasti Yoga Center, school of Yoga and Life! The teachers are amazing, very committed, with a vast knowledge about Yoga philosophy and Indian Tradition. Furthermore they promote a lot of activities regarding social and nature consciousness. Strongly recommend!

I had a great experience at Swasti Yoga Center. It is a family-run business where you can choose from different yoga programs certified by India's Ministry of AYUSH. Dr Vikas Chothe and his wife Dr Shwetambari Chothe are both very knowledgeable and professional teachers, as well as very generous and warm-hearted people. They made me feel at home since day 1. I was there to complete the Level 1 Yoga Protocol Instructor course, which I found deeply interesting and helpful in providing me with a lot of concepts and tools to take my practice to the next level and hopefully help other people join this wonderful and amazing path of yoga. My personal experience was simply just great! I was provided with a comfortable clean room, healthy nourishing meals and a safe quiet space for my practice. Everyday we had a practical and theory session in the morning, whereas in the afternoon I mostly had free time to do self-study, spend time with the family or engage in cultural activities. Not only did I learn a lot about yoga, but I also had the chance to immerse myself into Indian culture by visiting temples, local schools, going to festivals and fairs and do some sightseeing in Pune. Overall It was a very enriching stay! I would definitely recommend Swasti Yoga Center to all those interested in becoming better, more conscious individuals and willing to spread the wisdom of yoga across the globe.

I joined swasti yoga centre for YPI level 1 and I realised yoga not only asanas it's beyond physical exercise. it's self realisation and knowledge about each & every part of the body and mind. Personally I felt tremendous change in my mind and body. Dr. Shwetambari & Dr. Vikas really thanks for this experience.😊🙏

I stayed for 3 weeks at Swasti Yoga Center and since day 1 I felt very included, we practice every day at 6:30am and Dr. Vikas encourage us and motivate us with different routines and different activities like visiting new places, he teach us about sustainable tourism so we have been to public schools teaching kids about the culture of our country, he has taken us as well to fun places like musical fountains, eating to restaurants, ice creams, shopping mall centers, we also perform different activities that help us for cultural exchange and learning more about yoga, like going to picnics in natural areas, visiting temples and besides all those good things I’ve experience, there is more, the family is lovely and make you feel comfortable all the time, we play different games, watch movies, going to weddings, celebrate birthdays and Dr.Vikas’ mom is a lovely woman and great cooker, best Indian food I’ve ever tried

In the past three weeks, I took part in the Protocol Instructor Course at Swasti Yoga Center, and I had a wonderful and eye-opening experience. During my stay I got to fully understand the meaning and importance behind the centenary tradition of Yoga, which unlike what I thought before my arrival it is not simply a physical practice but instead a tool to control our mind and to reach balance and calmness. Every day, I had the chance to take part in multiple classes, both practical and theoretical, held by experienced and knowledgeable teachers. I learned in depth about the true meaning of yoga, yoga texts, various practices and their benefits, the human body and the appliace of yoga into everyday life. Other than this, I had the chance to fully immerse into the Indian culture and to live like a local. I learned enormously about new costumes, traditions, values and mindsets, and I felt in love with Indian cuisine. Since day one, I was welcomed with open harms and treated like a family member by the Chote family, who truly made my stay unforgettable. Together, we did many activities, among which trips to temples, museums and to nearby cities, we visited a school, where I had the chance to speak about my home country, Italy and we went to an Ayurveda college where we visited the anatomy, physiology and ayurvedic medicine departments. Thanks to these visits, I had the chance to observe with my own eyes how yoga is an integral part of indian society and to apply all the teachings I learned from my everyday classes. I am extremely grateful to every person I have met for having taught me a life lesson that I will forever carry with me. I really feel like, despite my short stay, I have grown up enormously, became a better version of myself and found some role models that will forever inspire me. Thanks a lot again to every member of the Chote family, the staff at the yoga center, and the other students for having taught me so much. I really hope to be able to apply everything I have learned from you and to share the beautiful lessons learned to my family and friends.
