Went to Erigo holidays and I was helped by Imran for my tourist visa. However, I was asked to go to the VFS myself, when at VFS I was informed that it could be submitted by the agent also as I have previously done the biometrics. This kind of misinformation lead to a 2 delay and unnecessary trouble for me. The staff also has no value for customer's time as multiple times I had to wait for 30mins to 1 hour in their office, as no one was available in the desk. I also had to do constant follow ups to find out details, and the worst part is even for a single print they don't have any facilities inside. I had to go and get print outs myself. Would recommend more experienced agents who have better idea and understanding, and those who value your time

Contacted them for currency exchanging services. But it was a disappointing experience. First, the rates they quoted were high. Second, they never said if the currency was available. Finally, after couple of days of wait, I went down to the office only to find no one at the desk. When enquired he said he would get back to me and he never did. Sad. Wouldn't recommend.

I chose Erigo for my recent travel to Greece & other Schenzen countries. Imran, at Erigo was very promt in helping us with the application form and all other related documents. He was very responsive and made sure that every little detail was taken care of to make us get our visa. I will certainly count on Erigo for my travel needs in the future!
