They are biggest frauds, I had approached them through just dial for maid services. Took 2k advance along with documents but never provided any maid not returned money. First promised after Holi not stopped responding calls. Such fraudulent agencies should be blacklisted from market and just dial should also be punished to push such agency numbers. Police take strick action. Please share this in you groups as well and don't get engaged with this company. Even those who are engaged need to get away from them as they are into fonancia frauds.

I don’t want to give even 1 star and will file an FIR against this company. Agencies like this actually breaks trust of people . I searched them through just dial and spoke to them about 24*7 maid - they sent me some picture and I confirmed one - they took advance and it’s been two months na maid aayi na paise wapas kar rahe hai. Biggest fraud they are. Just dial should go ahead and block them also. Pehle they speak so nicely and now when I am asking my money back they are even threatening me. I will definitely file a FIR against them. Please be aware

This is a fraud agency. They collect 3-10k as advance for providing maids. But then the maids never come and they linger on stating various reasons. When asked for refund, they only give dates. Moreover, Mr. Prakash Jha scares you of him being the younger brother of Assistant Commissioner of Police Mr. Pramod Kumar Jha.

I had got in touch with unique consultancy maid through just dial on 19 or 20 Nov . I paid them 25000 for 11 month contract and after 2 months their maid ran away from my house asking for 3 day leave and never returned. I called them for the replacement numerous times or give my money back but they hardly answered my calls and gave false commitments that new maid would come by 25 the Jan then gave an excuse thatpolice verification is pending and she would come by 29 th Jan then on that day they said they are uneducated workers and wish to start from 1st Feb to keep the payday simple which sounded absurd to me but i still accepted then on 01st Feb they said the train reservation of the maid could not be confirmed and they would send the same maid after 14 days as there was a problem in her house . Keep in mind she came to me on 23nov and her last working was 19 jan. I told them specificaly that my contract makes me elgible for the replacement even through its not my fault. I asked them for the refund as by this time i had got to know that they did not have any other option , they started threatning me and hurling abuses when i confronted them. This is completely nightmare and daylight robbery , I am quite disappointed as the trust I had placed was not on them but on just dial as I am using you guys since last more than 10 years. I then called justdial to get their business removed from your list of suggestions as their google profile is full of complaints similar to mine and they have duped many others and not me . Now my last solution is to file an FIR and the way just dial has treated my complaint ., I am seriously giving it a thought to make justdail a party as well under relevant sections.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD!! The guy is a total fraud. He sent us two maids photos and took Rs.3000 advance and stopped picking up the call and even started creating stories of him being sick. When we asked for the maid he always says police verification is pending and bends the conversation but never comes to point. I have reported it to the police.
