Very worst service, last 2-3 weeks I was visiting this HDFC branch to print out a passbook but every time they make new excuses, 1st they told print out is not working next time server down and today they told take a seat for printout they need sometime then I had been waiting for 10-15min then I went for asking one lady seated she told he went for lunch. Staff is irresponsible and they are not ready to help people

I took the trouble of going all the way here. Then filled a form to apply for a new debit card. Never received any card or info. since then. I think this branch misplaced my form itself. Because Customer care has no idea about any application made from my side. Staff & officials were uninterested, dismissive & unhelpful. Worst experience.

Toxic atmosphere. Staffs seems like working in fear. Supposed branch head or some manager keeps torturing them for even breathing!!! That too in front of customer.

Always saying server problem when we know there is no problem also... In same BTM branch 2 bank there always there give good service here always worst service server problem always like saying for just cash deposit also like

This bank give false information to open bank account and make FDs The employee by name Meghana is the one.
