The culture is amazing. You meet people from different work environments who have different work life ethics and it is just great to share the wisdom. I have been working with ERBrains IT Solutions Pvt Ltd for almost 2 years now. Exposure: I joined here as a developer in Microsoft Dynamics AX after having 2 years of experience in another company. Since then, I'm happy to say that the learning curve has been on a tremendous productive rise! I got a chance to work to work on multiple projects, thereby increasing my knowledge on multiple modules. Alongside my domain, I was given a lot of exposure to learn other related domains such as NAVISION and POWER BI. The management was indeed extremely supportive in guiding me throughout. Enough emphasis was provided to me learn more verticals, which enhanced my skill-set. Salary and benefits: If you are a good performer, a good hike is guaranteed every 6 months. Work Environment: Led by young and talented entrepreneurs. No one is pressurised unless and until work gets done on time.
