91 Spring board team really maintained the work spaces and all other facilities great. Cafe day coffee machines are kept at each floor and made sure always ready to have coffee or tea, well stocked up. Pets are allowed and I like that concept. Reachable place from metro station, ease access to bus stop, hotels, shopping.

It's a lovely place for startups. It's like plug and work. That's all you need to do if you need to rent an office. You got meetings rooms cafeteria games etc. We have rented this since jan 2017 and it's suits are needs
