This is in response to my previous review regarding the neglect of my salary and THE USE OF MY VIDEO ON A PUBLIC PLATFORM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Additionally, I am no longer part of the organization. As I have previously mentioned, employees are valued only as long as they serve the company's immediate needs. After my resignation, I attended farewell. However, my salary remains unpaid. My messages have gone unanswered, and emails ignored. It's disheartening to see that the company prioritizes making videos of employees for Instagram ratings over fulfilling their financial commitments. As of now, my final settlement remains pending, despite my resignation date being April 17th. This review will stand for 90 days to let the public know the reality. If anyone is reading this, be aware that the company engages in office politics, celebrates ceremonies merely to gather social media content, and then neglects to pay their employees. They do not respond to calls or messages post-resignation. I request the company to attach the receipt of my full and final settlement here, which I doubt will happen given their track record of false promises and exploitation. Let this serve as evidence of how the company uses employees' privacy and identity for business gains and fails to compensate them accordingly. If the organization is as supportive of its employees as it claims, I would have expected at least a phone call to discuss my concerns.Ignoring my calls and using my video without permission, along with the abusive behaviour I've encountered post-review, demonstrates a level of unprofessionalism that makes it clear this is not a safe or supportive work environment. #badexperience
