Today morning I went to there for create a new account. Directly I met help desk people. They told me to wait for 2 minutes after that I asked them again they told me to wait for some more time. I was waiting there for almost 2 hours to open a new account. Finally they've sent someone to open. He was doing something to create a account. I was frustrated and shouted them. I finished my night shift and came to here directly to open the account. But you people are not at all responding the customer. Then what is the use of axis bank is keeping you people here. Finally I planned to stop the account process. If the people are doing like this nobody will go there. Please understand the customer do the process as soon as possible. Tell them about the process. I never had a bad experience before like this in my life. I'm really wasted my time after my night shift.

Worst bank ever have not cleared my issue from the main bank side and worst experience for me,guys never go to this bank and also if you have account get rid of it have the most negative experience form this bank... customer support is lacking info and the main manager never calls back...

Submitted form 15h for my dad in AXIS and Canara bank Canara bank not deducted tds whereas AXIS bank deducted and asking us to file refund and they are saying they can’t check form 15h is linked or not in account whereas Canara bank can check First person told form 15 h not linked Took the ack letter and they redirected to other person. Other person asked to file refund as they can’t check in the system You treated well when you want to do deposit plans where as for refund enquiry they will ask you to wait and no use in waiting even though we have ack slip from the bank

Worst experience One week before only I givin close my account. They're waiting because they wants charge minimum balance maintenance charge. They're not ready to work they're ready to charge amount. Electronic city, Konapana agarahar branch
