The worst branch ever , just a bunch of nithalla's sitting at a single place. I have been trying to apply for my debit card since last 4 months and they just create new problem every single time I went there neither solve the previous issue.

Staff act like *Apun ichh Bhagwan hai* Don't have any parking, staff don't have full knowledge about products and behaviour is too bad.

Very pathetic service from this branch's staff.We have been in queue from the last two hours and When we come back after photostate at counter no-2 she says follow the queue.Very very uneducated staff and poor service,Poor behaviour.Branch manager is not at seat.They don't deserve a rating.Staff is not co-operative,they treats the customer very badly.इतने टाइम बाद ब्रांच में आया हु पर वही वही ड्रामा है

Services are good now as they started asking about the feedback of bank employees....

No humanity is there...rude people Kehne ko sbi k employees hai but bat krne kii tamiz nh hai...na kisi kii help krne kii... free kii salary lete h bs... Worst bank.... all employees are dishonest....even Ms. bank manager as well. I lost my father and I went to them at counter 2 to close my account today because I am going out of Delhi today night. But they said come on Tuesday. Manager is not available but manager came after 2pm. They won’t help me out in my fraud transaction of Rs. 40000. I beg them to help me but no one listen at all. I am not working and was in a need of urgent funds because my father expired sudddenly. But this bank won’t understand at all.
