The exit outside the gate is a disaster , the roads are badly maintained , during rains you will find it flooded with the dirty drain water seeping . The premises is good but what if we can't enter or exit in peace.

Piramal Finance Office is located at this place near Pheonix Markecity Mall. It has good connectivity from bus and Vidyavihar station. The office is beautifully built with some high standards of interior. It is very nice.

It's a Corporate park as everyone knows such parks are for the offices to have spaces in it but this one is a bit different as it has a big store of Decathlon and a huge cafeteria named Coorla it's the best and is planned as a food court so it's having a multiple options for choosing for all the people coming in Agastya corporate park also it has great decor in the cafeteria too. Also the food here is very tasty and good quality.

If you talk about internal amenities, they are good. Location and surrounding amenities are worst. Traffic during peak hours and difficult to get bus or auto to nearby metro station
