We hired this company for running our PPC. Our experience was very bad, There are multiple issues in running PPC which caused us thousands of dollars of wasted PPC expense. Silly issues resulting from carelessness, like missing https in url in adcopy, caused us huge losses and nobody accepted responsibility for it. Our multiple requests to talk to business owner were not honored. Technical person running ppc was not available when ads were being run. Poor customer service. Finally we had to close the account with them. We found another company who ran our account very successfully and profitably.
