I learnt Italian with Mr. Fernandes right before I left for Italy to pursue higher studies. Once finished, I felt well prepared and confident I could get by in Italy even with just a month of lessons. Great for conversational Italian as well as grammatical and can be tailored to your needs!

Called this company up to inquire about Italian classes and everything seemed okay till I asked the question ‘what is the format of the classes’ ? The man of the phone lost every ounce of professionalism and got angry at the fact that I asked the question. If a customer is inquiring and asking details about the service you are providing, it is perfectly reasonable considering they are not aware of the classes. The guy argued with me for minutes asking me what kind of classes I have done before and went on speaking over me. He eventually cut the phone. If this is the kind of rude service provided over the phone, I can’t imagine how terrible the classes would be in person. Would not recommend.

in 2019 I had visited Spain and prior to that wanted to learn the basics to communicate in Spanish while i am there but when i joint this facility it seemed they have instructors who only knows the basic them self and when was asked to address my concern their politeness went for a toss. I would not suggest this place as they are not concerned much about their fellow students
