Worst bank ever, not helpful, I regret having an account and till date , error created by Axis Bank is still not resolved , been over 7-8 months now

axis bank ( particularly sector 17 vashi) not bothered about grievences of long standing loyal burgundy customer. I am planning to change my banking...fade up with busy staff n branch head. suggest me any better bank. service oriented not just greedy about investment.

After the staff change couple of months ago, they are not interested in providing you service. Sherkers. Don't invest money here if they don't respect you enough. They dont care to properly cater to crorepati accounts I hear, what does it mean for a common man like me, huh?

Worst experience... Especially with this branch... Just to close an account these people are just not doing anything, from past some many months I am running behind them. I have to go and meet them personally for each and every thing. They nor update us on their own neither answer our calls. I had to pay charges to get the account close, which I paid then they said your account will be closed soon. But still I was getting monthly statements on my mail. When I asked them they told your account is still open. This was very frustrating... As all because of their fault I had to pay more charges again. They don't even know the employee's name who first committed that my account will be closed. When I visited second time they just told employees are shifting to other branches so we are not aware of it.

Unfortunately I can't give less than one star. We have current account in this bank on company's name and the service is pathetic. Plus they charge so much on the name of consolidated charges, and other charges which they don't have record of. And when you ask for the narration they will say there is no such record with us, you must have done the payment from your end. Like seriously, we did the payment and we don't know? And how can bank doesn't have the record of transactions. Branch head doesn't respond to any mail neither he receive any call. Not even RM is giving proper support nor receiving call. Even when we wanted to open an account it took almost 2 months to open. Since then we are only facing problems with Axis. We would like to close the account. Thanks for your worst service.
