I would not even give 1 star. The one who receives the call is highly unprofessional. Doesn't even have the decency and etiquette to talk to people. Calls himself the Head of the Institution and such an awful behavior. I wonder what kind of coaching do they provide when the Head himself is so ill mannered. They also have another institute # ARENE ANIMATION. Worst experience ever.
