Horrible just horrible service, rude customer service and just so unhelpful. The visa processes are anyway daunting, you don’t want a travel agent who acts like some authority that’s unwilling to provide any information or help.

Ethically they are worst travel agency. They don't know how to treat their customer. I called the pH no. They have provided to get some information and women over the phone was so rude most ill mannered women, I have ever talked to. These kind of people should never be allowed to provide services.⛔⛔

I would avoid this place at all costs. Bad customer service, they don’t really care. I have reported them to Singaporean embassy too. They ask you to message during work hours but even when it’s work hours they don’t respond. I am almost sure they must be scamming people at this point

I found them so unprofessional, as they could not write a cover letter properly. They just took money and register the names. They do not know the documentation list properly even. Going to them is a refusal grantee.
