Pay freelancers ON-TIME. I have completed a translation project in June 2021 with an invoice USD1, 000. Till date (April 2022), the payment is not cleared YET. The project manager, Abhimanyu Bhagat, has no interest in helping me in following up the payment and yet continued asking me whether available to take up other projects. The head of operations, Karine Poirier is only good at paying lip service and doesn't bother to take action to escalate the payment issue. No response nor acknowledgement from the finance department when I sent them an email enquiring the payment, which I while the members of the organisation directed me to them saying that the department is handling my payment. Freelancers who appreciate professionalism and timeliness in payment have to seriously stay away from this organisation.
