Highly visible even from heavy traffic. Situated at Hanuman road opposite Cafe coffee day. Service is good. Never too crowded. All back related assistance and help is provided here. As it is a cozy street it is easy to get auto rickshaws from here

It's a very dirty service, I applied for my passbook from Kotak Aap, it was written in it, go by and collect my passbook, but when I came there, I did not really talk to anyone that I needed an account for my salary. No one helped me so I had to open my account in another branch. Bad service 👎

They don't even deserve one star. The staff is not friendly towards customer. As soon as I went to open new Kotak Everyday Savings account, they wanted me to open demat account or invest in some mutual fund NFO. Like they wanted my commitment to that even before opening my savings account. They then took more than 7 working days to actually open account but issued me the wrong debit card. Also they don't know their own bank rules and forced me to cancel my debit card for other 811 account which now Kotak said can't reissue as virtual card. I am planning to take their case to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) ombudsman and get him to fine them or do exactly what I want. They are concerned with selling you their "Kotak Securities" products but don't want to provide basic banking facilities. Even for turning on ActivMoney (auto sweep facility), they lied to me that it was not available until the 811 team stepped it and overrode their decision. This branch should be shut down for pathetic customer service. I will take my complaint to RBI until I am satisfied. I am furious and very disappointed and my impression of Kotak Mahindra Bank is permanently ruined. I will trash them on social media until they provide me the proper service. Update: Two times in a row, they ave now sent me wrong debit card over a span of 30 days.

After giving all my documents, the bank employee had said that account will be opened within 4-5 days, but even after requesting and visiting the bank twice, they took more than 2 weeks to open the account. Now it's been 2 months and I haven't received my debit card and cheque book. But they have charged me the annual fee for the same

They dont even worth 1star still its 1 after. U need to follow every single day like some government bank pathetic staff . After applying for pos machine staff forgets to fill QR form to we have follow again and again. Ur relationship manager will call u often how our services they will just listen and hangup ther is no courtesy to follow from their side ,better to go with some another private bank
