This institution has no ethics whatsoever. Had a horrible experience right after we made the payment up until the completion. After you pay the money, expect zero customer service from the administration.The class itself wasn't a great experience. No proper lighting or sound for online class. Best part is after completion, they don't send the certificate, in spite of several follow ups. Don't waste your money!!

I enrolled the KIFL Institute, Bangalore for IELTS General training and would like to share that my experience with them was extremely successful and I got more band score then expectation and this due to one to one proper guidance and coaching. There was constant feedback shared and the good part it was that use to push hard me for ensuring for proper attendance of classes and doing maximum practice tests. My sincere gratitude and special thanks to my counselor Madam Dr. Haseen Hussain she gave the training starting from grammar basics and shared all the IELTS tips for higher score. She was very flexible in here approach while coaching, cooperative, friendly and at times even did not mind me criticizing while sharing feedback which help me a lot. I would like to thank KIFL team & Mr. Syed Mustafa Hussain (Jaf) specially for teaching me German A1 in the past 5 months in such an amazing way. Learning German can be quite complex and intricate, but Jaf sir has the talent to make it seem easy, and still be very professional and create a pleasant atmosphere. Jaf sir, Thanks for the time you have spent with me and all of the attention you have given me which has helped me score well in Goethe Exam.
