I bought their e5 notes but then they upgraded to e6 notes the very same month without any prior notifications , now I have outdated notes that do not match with the videos and they are not helping me at all , and refuse to even provide me with an updated version notes pdf for which I have already paid 10 k .This is completely a money grabbing scheme with no concern for students and their parents hard earned money .

1. **Unreliable HR Communication:** Marrow's HR team exhibits poor communication skills, providing candidates with fake expectations and wasting their time in the process. 2. **Misleading Course Content:** The courses offered by Marrow are criticized for being more focused on luring money than providing substantial educational value. Users report feeling misled by the content. 3. **Lack of Contactability:** Marrow's HR team is notably difficult to contact, leaving candidates frustrated and feeling neglected. The lack of responsiveness adds to the overall negative experience. 4. **Drastic Decline in Quality:** Users have observed a significant decline in the overall quality of Marrow's services. This decline is impacting the platform's reputation and diminishing its standing among medical students. 5. **Money-Driven Approach:** The platform is accused of prioritizing financial gains over the educational needs of medical students. This money-centric approach has eroded trust in the integrity of Marrow's offerings. 6. **Ineffective Feedback Mechanism:** Marrow's HR team is reported to be ineffective in providing constructive feedback to candidates. This lack of guidance leaves users feeling unsupported and uncertain about their progress. 7. **Questionable Business Practices:** Complaints suggest that Marrow engages in questionable business practices, leading to dissatisfaction among users who expected a more ethical and transparent approach. 8. **Overall Downward Trend:** The combination of unreliable HR practices, misleading courses, and a perceived decline in quality has contributed to Marrow's overall downward trajectory, as evidenced by numerous negative reviews and user experiences.

Although the teaching is amazing but they have no option of plan upgradation , they are conning people , i wanted an upgrade from plan c to plan d while it was still available and the customer care rep kept saying nothing can be done , just buy it separately, no wonder the faculties leave and make their own app

HR team and interviewers are totally incompetent. I don't why marrow have them in the first place, they don't hire you based on knowledge, rather for other stupid reasons, in the interview they ask you why you wanna become a surgeon, stupid question, they should have asked why you want the role of editor, they ask such mundane questions in 3rd round of interview that are not even relevant, you guys are not program directors of a hospital in US asking why you want to become a SURGEON, it's none of your business.
