worst experience. Third class bank. Poor dealings. they dont pick up the calls, neither they entertain the query of the customers. deposited my cheque 2 weeks ago and the employee present at the branch have no knowledge where is the cheque and what is the status of the same. any govt. bank is much much better than the Axis Bank.
Worst experience ever I am a doctor just went there to get an online DD for my document verification but the staff is totally helpless and useless I am closing my whole family accounts from this bank.
Wonderfull services staff is very cooperative and humble. Got solution every time.
