Initially, when you start discussions with them, the company founder and prominent SEO leaders join the call, along with some SEO specialists. They assure you that these individuals will manage your project. However, once you begin working with them, the team changes, and they start implementing outdated SEO tactics. They focus on generating traffic with irrelevant keywords. If you inquire about why leads aren't improving, their response is usually that they have plans for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), but there's little to no improvement. After about six months of frustration, you'll likely end your contract with them. In the meantime, they would have already collected a significant amount from you.
