I don't have much knowledge about the working culture of this company but a decent MNC as I know. Good financial company situated in most of the countries

Worst place to be in. Staffs just yap about benifits , most of the employees are on fake certificates, HR recruit staffs by collecting a minimal amount as bribe and then it just goes with the flow till the HR is in station. No one is least bothered about privacy , and safety of high end clientel. All they are worried about cheap labour and ending up hiring fake graduates and running the businesses.

I've applied for a job in JP Morgan, but I haven't heard back from the recruitment team. They neither don't see individuals talent nor give them a chance. They only tell as per company's policy etc.. The good organization can be build with people where everyone are given equal opportunity and mutual respect. Management don't even bother to give candidates chance to find out candidates talent. They want everything as per rules and they don't follow few important rules. If anyone from management is reading this comment please give each and every candidate a chance to show their talent , so you can grow more and more over no employee would quit a company if there is a best work culture and respectful leaders and management.

Very peaceful and enlightening place respecting and caring all the diverse people families and children of the world 🤗💐 Highly safe and secure place with a Lovely environment with very low pollution and greenery with various trees and artistic structures. All employees have great work and social space as well as healthy food & drinks canteen services. All employees have been given local safe lockers and home transport facilities by buses or cars as required. It's a great service to all the local human beings and families with children of special needs.

Work culture is bad. 90% Employee are very rude and have very high attitude as if they think they all have 2 brains. I want to give zero rating to such org. I completely lost my work life balance after working here. I'm able to breathe after stepping out of this company.
