Hello Everyone, I’m reaching out to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with Vissicomp computer classes in the hope that my account will serve as a cautionary tale for anyone considering their courses. My experience with Vissicomp has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise against enrolling with them. My family and I made a considerable investment of 11k for the MS Office/Tally and GST Calculation course, and it has proven to be a complete waste of both time and money. The instructors who taught these courses are alarmingly unqualified, displaying a shocking lack of understanding of the subjects they were entrusted to teach. Even basic concepts such as pivot tables, which are fundamental to Excel, were beyond their grasp. This left me feeling not only frustrated but also profoundly disappointed in the quality of education provided. What’s even more infuriating is that when I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, Vissicomp flatly turned me down. Despite our participation being limited to the MS Office course, they callously held onto our money without remorse. This blatant disregard for accountability and refusal to address the concerns of their paying customers is truly disheartening. I urge you all to steer clear of Vissicomp computer classes. They do not prioritize their students’ learning or satisfaction and appear to be solely interested in profiting from unsuspecting individuals. Furthermore, I feel compelled to highlight a specific instructor named Mr. Sunil, who not only exhibited a glaring lack of qualifications but also behaved inappropriately towards my daughter. This raises serious concerns about the safety and professionalism of their staff. To sum it up, my experience with Vissicomp has been nothing short of a disaster. The combination of wasted money, time, and the distress caused by Mr. Sunil’s behaviour.
