Even after 3 years , money not refunded , following up every day , however no use . I had paid 60K as advance (out of 1.08L ,total fee for CN Visa) ,due to travel ban, Visa was not possible hence asked for refund , i got 35 k in 7 instalment in 2 year , following up for balance 25K from last 1 year but no response at all . Very Very pathetic service . Now i have lost hope .

Charges triple the price compared to any other agent in Bangalore but won’t even bother to answer calls or even help a tiny bit regarding documentation. Please don’t go save money and time. Once u pay them they will stop answering calls and ur on ur own.

I got a visa for the middle east recently through Visas9. Called the person who owns the business & was asked to pay up upfront. Got prompt call back until then. Once I made the payment, I had to send out the same documents multiple times with absolutely no follow up until I called repeatedly and finally managed to get the visa. Pretty disappointing. Best to avoid and stay away if you have an option.
