Very bad experience yesterday i have done my bike service in this show room and after service when I return back to home feel some Balancing issue in front tyre when I checked found there is main screw not tight it will be very risky for me. I recommend to all don’t go in this service center they guys are not taking seriously. Very poor service center also in facilities only making bills and playing with customer life. Very bad experienced.

They doesn't told me to change my wheel sub assyrr and change without told me . And change small small thing like - bearing raidial ball, race cone grease kit,fork, etc . They told me only that they will change break shoes and (cheemta ) . I told them only change my fork sub assyrr they over charged me and I paid ₹8178 for this all even they they don't called me and update me about my vehicle I am only who that calling them and giving me update on my vehicle.... My wheel sub assyrr is in good condition no creaks are there they changed and doesn't tell me that they changed.

Everything is good but I guess Sales Person Attitude could have been better. A week when I visited and took a quote with Sales person A he promised to give discount of 1K but when went to buy after 5days He wasn't available and other person didn't negotiate on that. That's Bad 🥲. But overall experience was good and process was smooth

It was indeed a perfect experience throughout starting with the bike given for service & repair till the handover. Mr. Anil Bishnoi attended me and have given his perfect sense of expertise in briefing and adhering to the maintenance of the bike. However it took a long time to get done. But finally, everything goes well when it ends well. Thanks Team Ganpati Honda
