Went there to change my branch from Mumbai to this sec14 old dlf colony. This lady in the pic behaves like the owner of this bank 🤣 OMG she is so rude . She straight away said very rudely that it will take more than 10 days to change the branch . We just stepped back and clicked this pic in front of the lady bank manager and she was least bothered. Totally unprofessional SBI will never change 👏👏👏

One of the best branches to do business with of SBI. The staff is courteous and cooperative as opposed to other branches. The only major issue is the ground is quite cramped and if there are more than 10 customers then it does become quite crowded. In the basement is their loan department while ground floor deals with clients. They have a seperate section for passbook completion as well as ATM. The issue with finding parking in the market continues to be there.

Worst service, I visit Wednesday and fill all KYC details and fill form for internet banking and New ATM card, but still not get and confirmation msgs. Also i contact to sbi customer service they all not received and update for my ATM and internet banking. That's why customer not prefer SBI.

Very good experience.. Just visited this branch for some work.. Staff was very polite, even they helped me in filling the form.. For me this branch is one of the best of SBI and will recommend everyone to must visit once..

Hats off to SBI ...I took a car loan from Block M, Sec 14, Gurugram...they disbursed the full amount in dealers account without informing me...I got loan EMI before car delivery and Bank Manager is saying, it's fine because your loan will close one month early If possible avoid this branch and if there is no other option be vigil and ask everything because they will rip you off
