There should be an option of negative stars. Abysmal service. I had closed an account in September 2022 and still being charged on the account. No acknowlegment to complains no TAT and no resolution after following up several times. RM Bharat Sethi is most incompetent and useless

(Lajpat Nagar Axis bank branch) This is a Very Very Poor Branch, Never ever visit there, Unfortunately if you have any account their please shift your account because of Their illiterate staff , they don't know how to talk to customers, how to treat them.. there is a lady(forgot her name) who is sitting on a front desk to help customer for credit card related issues but she don't know how to behave with customers even if you providing her details of your account she don't know how to operate PC and revert it back to you.... I swear i am not going to visit that branch again also i am going to shut down my account from AXIS BANK....please replace that lady and put other staff member... #dumbaxis #idiotStaffmember #Lajpatnagarbranch #axisbankfakers

Worst branch i ever seen i have took a gold loan around 6 months back the time was taken by the manger and the employee was around 4 hours to take gold loan. I have taken gold loan from icici bank before it hardly take 30 mins to take gold loan. Today i came around 10:30 in the morning and till 12:30 they haven't give me my gold payment has been deducted everything has been done and they give me excuses to hit there targets and forcing me not to take gold back.....pathetic service i have ever seen i will recommend never ever come at this branch
