After 2 months, they claimed a refund within 15 days, yet my account remains unpaid. Be cautious, my experience with Byju's has been disappointing. Don’t ever trust byjus ias coaching Center. It’s a biggest scam. They will manipulate u to get enrolled in their institution. They also fool u by saying there is this scholarship course, limited admission and so on. Trust me don’t believe this. Initially I paid token amount of 2000 for registrating into the course. Due to the personal circumstances I was not able to continue with the same. For the cancellation and refund,they asked me to drop a mail and then there is no response. They don’t even receive calls nor reply ur msgs. So, don’t ever get into this institution. Everyday is learning and this scam thought me a lesson not to trust anyone.
