Please don't join this company, I will give you all the reasons not to join. Reason 1 - 6 days working per week, and 10 hours per day. No time for your private life, just sit here whole week almost. This thing they don't say before you join the company. Reason 2 - Give 2 lakh check to them for bond before you get your 1st salary. This also they don't say before you join the company. Reason 3 - They say training period is for 3 months, but they always extend it to 6 months, saying that you don't have enough knowledge yet. SO THINK ABOUT IT, you are going to the company 10 hours per day, 6 days per week, for 6 months continous, which is hell of a life. And also you will only get 10k per month during training period. Reason 4 - None of the managers I found there helpfull, they don't care about you, about your life, they come hardly for 6 hours everyday, sit in their seat, make it warm and leave. If they caught you seeing your mobile, they will just start shouting, as if they are doing too much work and we are not. Reason 5 - After training period only your bond starts. If you took 2 years bond, you have to stay there for 2 years and 6 months, as I am currently doing it. Reason 6 - They don't give you training sessions, they just provide you courses, you have to learn on your own, without any support. All the positive reviews you see are fake, they tell their employees to write positive comments in front of them, my comment is also there. This I am writing with my 2nd account.

My worst experience in life... My interview started on March 22 and finished on June 4. Even after clearing all the tests and completing their project, I received a message saying, "You are not selected." What the hell, man! interview ke liye kohi 4 month leta hai kya...

The environment of the company is so nice and energetic. I went there for an interview, the Human resource team was very supportive and give us some motivation to release our anxiety specially Mansi Pawar mam supports me alot, I thanks to them for gave me some motivational energy in the nervous interview situation.

Nimap is a good company to kick start your journey as a fresher, i have completed one month as a Angular intern. I was not friendly to angular but after completing one month here I'am able to justify how angular works behind the scenes. Here there are lot of opportunities you will get a proper industry experience which so ever tech stack you are looking for. The staff is good mentors are good, you will learn a lot if you have the ability to survive.
