Very bad experience from SBI Gavanpada Mulund East branch. Staff is rude and incompetent especially counter no.4. The lady calls again next day for small work.I want to open current account. After submitting form , after 18 days also , account is not opened. I have complaint to manager also, but she too seems helpless. 3 to 4 times I visited the branch. As I raised the question regarding this, they says that they will Blaock my pancard. Sbi officials should look into this.

Worst bank ever... No proper support to customer. And also for senior citizens they are very rude with the behaviour. No one having courtesy to help anyone. Branch manager is biggest worst person . Not having command on staff and give inappropriate solutions.

SBI Gavanpada branch is the worst branch I have even seen. The staff is not at all competent and efficient, especially the lady staff who operates the Counter 4. She would never do work on time and has no politeness while talking to customers including senior citizens. Time and again people have flagged this issue to the branch manager, who seems to be helpless. Earlier Branch Manager was also frustrated with her behaviour. This lady would always call you later (next day) even if your work is very small and can be done on the same day. I haven't seen such an inefficient staff member, who is customer facing and this I sincerely urge SBI to look into this matter. Thank you,

Every time a bad experience with SBI mulund E gavanpada branch ..the employees are so rude and they do not solve our problems……sbi is a very bad bank…. the branch and staff in particular, but they don't seem to have procedures in place. Their single window service is a joke. To get a pass book updated, The lady at the first counter told me after calling out my number that I should go to to the next counter. The gentleman there updated the pass book and pasted a bar code but asked me to go to yet another counter as the first page details were not printed on the continuation pass book. I had to wait for nearly twenty minutes as the staff had gone for lunch. very bad service sbi .

There is no convenient parking near by. Walk is the best way to get here. State bank branches are always busy the bank person are quite simple and aged so the service is slow as compared to corporates but after all its a very good bank The Automated printer works fine people need to be patient and follow the instructions rather than trying to outsmart the machine
