I regret to share my unfortunate experience with the NRI account services at this branch. Regrettably, my personal documents and ID, entrusted solely to their staff, resulted in an unauthorized credit card application a few weeks ago. Upon notifying Branch Manager Sheetal Vichare, I was advised that an investigation could only proceed upon sending an email. Despite promptly complying on January 10th, I have yet to receive a response, leaving me uncertain about the progress of the identity fraud investigation. This lack of communication has heightened my concerns regarding the security of my personal details. Unfortunately, Ms. Sheetal and her team's actions have failed to instill the trust necessary in handling such matters. I caution against entrusting this branch with sensitive information. Compounded by the challenges of communication from my base in New Zealand, I advocate for a comprehensive audit by the fraud team, as there may be similar cases awaiting discovery.

The amount of negligence I've faced here is beyond horrid. If you plan on opening an Axis Bank Account, please try and avoid this branch as things just won't get done.

Pathetic service...not worth having account with Axis Bank as they don't prioritize your work even if you are an NRI. Issue raised are still pending for months and RMs and Managers won't bother answering your calls.

Slowest Bank. Staff is not interested to help or guide customer and Cashier lady is worst.

Very poor service. Half of the time their passbook printer is out of service and you get to know that after wasting your time sitting there for 30 min. Only one person on first counter does all the work which increases the waiting time of customers even for a trivial work. Rest half of the staff seems unbothered. No one cares for customer service which is super super slow.
