He attempted to dictate my course of action regarding the Boston Analytics advertisements. Despite my explanation that I wasn't interested in the PR course and may have clicked on the ad accidentally, he questioned my actions and implied negligence on my part. His attitude was unwarranted, as he has no authority to dictate my choices. This incident raises concerns about the standards of your institution. If I had a friend interested in a PR course, I would hesitate to recommend your institution based on this interaction. His rude behavior could deter potential students from joining your course. I intend to share my experience on various social media and review platforms to inform others about this unacceptable treatment. Does the institution even audit their calls man really this is weird, I have gotten calls from so many institutions non misbehaved with me like this. It's disappointing to encounter such disrespect from a representative of an educational institution. It raises doubts about the quality of education and the professionalism of your staff.
