When it comes to the experience of the 5 days NLP Practitioners Program by Magic of Change, there’s truly only one word ~ MAGICAL. Rafi Sir made us laugh so hard so often. Through the way he delivered the program, he broke my limiting belief that transformational change of work needs to be serious to be effective. Change can be fun. Change can happen in joy. To fully grasp the concepts and messages, one needs to be present and completely surrender. Once you do that, you will experience the magic. Coming to the transformations within our batch, there was a metaphor-based intervention for one of the participants that helped her release a deep personal pain she was holding on for 20+ years. There was another reverse psychology based intervention that helped a participant finally move forward in a creative project that was important to her. It was fascinating to witness. The NLP Practitioners Course by Magic of Change, led by Rafi Sir has been completely game changing for me in my journey as a Coach. I had only a couple of tools with me to help my clients. Now, I have an entire box full of potent tools. I feel 10x times more confident in my ability as a Coach to bring about effective, transformational change and the same has been validated by the people in my close circle for whom I have taken practice sessions. Not only did I learn the tools, I found a solid accountability partner as well as a Mastermind group of 6 Coaches who are all helping me move forward in the Coach journey in invaluable ways. The other team members in the Magic of Change team are incredible as well. They are passionate about this work and hold a strong presence in the room. They have city meetups once a month where they go deeper into a topic. I attended a recent one where they taught us about Anchoring and applying what they taught has been life changing for me. I joined NLP practitioner batch from online last year that too from trainers under guidance of Rafi sir than I got chance to do offline with Rafi sir..it was magical cause I could see live transformations around me happening in front of my eyes, opportunity to feel and connect at the moment.
