Unfortunately, my experience with this firm has been quite disappointing. I initially requested an additional demo class to better understand their teaching methodology before committing to the course fee. Despite expressing my genuine interest and need for clarification, the response I received was lacking in professionalism and courtesy. The tone of their message implied a disregard for my concerns, with no effort made to address them constructively. It's disheartening to encounter such a dismissive attitude, especially when considering joining their classes. Overall, I expected better communication and professionalism from this establishment. Unfortunately, my interaction with them has left me feeling undervalued as a potential student. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before engaging with this firm.
