Atharva Date- rank 2638 Our entire teaching part of the curriculum was in lockdown . This period was difficult for everyone in some way or the other. The classes, self study sessions allowed me to focus on my studies. Sometimes, I felt that the curriculum was too tough or even impossible to complete but then Shyam sir would talk to us and would provide us regular motivation which allowed me to continue. All the faculty are extremely approachable because of which I never felt embarrassed in asking my doubts. Gravity is an institute that has helped me realize that we might not get good results in the beginning, but with proper guidance and efforts, we can get good results in the end. I joined IITians Gravity as a repeater, last year when I failed to clear even JEE Mains. It was a great risk, but one conversation with Shyam Pandey sir and I knew that I had to take it. He was my coach, my mentor throughout the year. Due to covid-19 and lockdown, the classes suffered a bit as they were conducting it online, but Shyam sir and his team were trying their best to provide us with all the necessary resources to aid our progress. The faculty at IITians Gravity is excellent. Even throughout the lockdown, Shyam Pandey sir and his team were constantly in touch with students providing us all the necessary details for other examinations as well. Tests were conducted regularly and that to in proper computer based mode which created an exam-like ambiance at home. Apart from CBTs, supervised tests were also conducted on zoom which I think were not as helpful as CBTs. Revision lectures were conducted regularly which proved to be really beneficial. Above all, I think that the best attribute of this coaching was that they conducted tests even till the very last day of our preparation and did not leave us even though the exam was postponed so much.
