DO NOT WORK with this IIHT. Company is very bad for trainers. This company get the work done and even extra work till late nights will be taken by the trainer and still not pay for extra days. Forget about extra, they don't even pay the agreed amount of training done by the trainer. Do not pay TDS. NEVER work with this company at all. Also they stop or reject the PDC also. Vinay and Anil duo are the worst people I have ever seen in my life.

Had been there for an face to face interview. Its was a mixed experience as we had to wait for almost 2 hours before we could take the interview. But interview was only for 5 to 7 mins.. So happy. At iiht they train on technologies and also provide them drives and placements in good companies. This is good place for training and placements... Compared to other institutes.

My sister worked as sourcing specialist for 3+ years in IIHT got layed off last week,due to business low in IIHT.They haven't given the opportunity to serve the notice period,the layoff process was completed just in a day.I understand every organisation will go through in these critical phase but they have to provide them a opportunity to serve the notice or should provide them atleast 3months of compensation.The business is low in IIHT,because of the incompetency of the sales and finance teams who failed to win the requirements and to fullfill the pay checks to the trainers who has delivered the trainers.Keshav and Manju have enjoyed the fruit of success during the past profitable years when company is in loss they have started to fire the employee without any prior notice and compensation.Im going to wait for a month and later will proceed with legal action as per Indian labour act if this company is not paying the compensation .As I hold the all the emails and other facts where HR gave dumb responses which my sister asked to justify on the compensation part.

Slum cultured company Guys don't show any type of interest in jobs and learning platforms of techademy & iiht DEAR KESHAV SIR, PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT TOUR EMPLOYEES Because they are working harder than you think But your company is suddenly wayoffing the best employees in the name of company restructuring without any kind of notification and notice period.
