Ordered online and received burnt burger.. only a small sized lettuce leaf was inside.. improper seasoning and inadequate sauce and mayo.. chicken patty was very hard..worst

We ordered smoky red chicken instead got Gravy chicken which was just too awful for any human to consume. Also when we asked the staff about this they did nothing for the concern and was behaving too rudely. Still can't believe it happened to us in the said KFC.

We ordered for Hot & Crispy at 10:40 for Dine In but they refused to place order and then we decided to take away but then they told us that they have to close the outlet at 11:00 PM but they switched off the lights at 10:57 to prove their point. Staff is vey inefficient, we were even denied 7 minute takeaway offer. Avoid visiting at any cost.

The taste of food has drastically improved since my family's last visit. I will ask them to keep the quality of food up to the standards and above.
