I started my application back in 2015, everything was going smooth until the IELTS test request where I felt pressured on getting higher than the required score, a test I had to do 3 times back then until I did it on the third time. The pressure was higher after it got expired, so even when I was writing an email that I would do my best to get at least the required score the response was that I should get more than the required. Then when it was about the papers every time there’s something missing because I was not informed about or it needed to be in a different format which I was also not informed. Then 2020 bringing COVID-19 and lots of companies and offices are shutting down, I have received an email that the office will close too at a specific date which I forgot and that I could contact the person on that specific email so I could know what to do afterwards but there’s no response
