Counselor:- Sure, we are providing the best education and industrial training as per current requirements in the various sectors. Sunstone is providing Money Back Guarantee and Pay after Placement Programmes, in MBG, if you don't get a good placement in your selected specialization, your complete fee will be refunded and in PAP, you will have to pay your 10 times of salary after starting your job. There will be an agreement between the student and Sunstone. Student:- But, i have a doubt, how can you give the guarantee of the placement because it depends on the ability of the students?? Counselor:- I am explaining, when you start your journey, after some months, Sunstone will provide Summer internship in the preferred specialisations with the minimum stipend of 15000 and after it we shall provide 9 months of industrial training with the minimum stipend of 25k, and after it Sunstone will start placement. Student:- I took admission in Sunstone and started studying, after some months the time of summer internship began. Sunstone:- Students! please focus on your hub and keep applying for summer internship opportunities. Students:- We have decided select operations management, IT, Digital Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Retail Management but we are getting only internship opportunities in sales, how will the internship of sales help the students operations/IT or any other specialisations?? Sunstone:- You can do internships in any field because the recruiters will not notice it. Student:- Only 40% of the students got internships in sales only. Remaining students asked Sunstone for internships. Sunstone:- Students! Don't worry, we shall manage it.Students:- After two months, students returned to campus and started studying. Sunstone:- Dear Students! We are sharing your agreement papers, please sign it as soon as possible. Students:- We have signed and submit the agreement papers. Please provide us nine months industrial training, so, we can learn skills and improve our efficiency. Sunstone:- Students! We are not going to provide you nine months industrial training but we shall provide you placements directly. Students:- only 60% percent of students got placement in sales only with the average package of 3 LPA.
