B40 batch and 2023 year. A project name is called aurdino based fire fighting robot.BTI COLLEGE SARJAPURA MAIN ROAD.Mindset IT Solution left much to be desired with their services. From the outset, the communication was lackluster, with delayed responses and unprofessional conduct. It was frustrating to deal with their team as they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. Furthermore, the quality of their work was subpar. The solutions provided were riddled with errors and did not meet our requirements, despite clearly outlining our expectations. It felt like they rushed through the project without paying attention to the details, leaving us with a product that was far from satisfactory. The company's lack of accountability was evident when we tried to seek support for the issues we encountered. They were dismissive of our complaints and seemed uninterested in rectifying the problems. This lack of responsibility and ownership of their work was disappointing and unprofessional. Adding to the frustration, their pricing was exorbitant for the level of service and quality delivered. We felt like we were being overcharged for substandard work, which left a bitter taste in our mouths. Overall, our experience with Mindset IT Solution was disheartening and frustrating.
