We've been to small auditorium that is available there and it is pretty much decent for small crowd of 50 to 70 people. Air conditioning is Good, However lighting and Microphone setup has some serious issues. Especially Mic system. Otherwise it is a nice place.

Celebrated the festival of democracy here on 10/05/2023 . it's some girls college near Leela palace , on the main road . The voting process was systematic and not chaotic. Peacefully voted . All guards / police were having breakfast openly while we were voting , that's a bit of an awkward moment. Not sure how they decided booths ...even for family members it was different booths .

Very responsive staff and a very good place for business seminars at the affordable prices. Just call and make available the bookings. Secured place. Very good area for office's for start-ups also. Noo good dining options near by. Transportation facilities are plenty, just walkable from main road and away from traffic disturbances to some extent.
